To request an appointment for any of the following clinics and services, please visit our Consulting Room.
- General management of medical conditions
- Emergency care if appropriate
- Referral to other services, such as physiotherapy and a mental health team
- Urgent care i.e. minor injuries, for those people who are not registered at practice (temporary residents).
- Contraceptive services – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a review, please use our Contraceptive Pill Review form.
- Vaccinations
- Immunisations
- Child health checks
- Diabetic care
- Asthma care – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a review of your asthma symptoms, please use one of our Asthma Review forms. If your symptoms are deteriorating or you are having any concerns, please request an appointment with our nurse.
- Health promotion advice
- Anti coagulation monitoring
- Phlebotomy (blood tests) – If you wish to request your results, please use our Test Results triage.
- Maternity services
- Cervical screening
- Breast screening (with national programme)
- Bowel screening (with national Programme)

- Well person checks
- Alcohol screening – If you have been invited to submit a review, please complete our Alcohol Consumption Review form.

- Annual health checks (learning disabilities)
- Flu clinics
- Dispensing prescriptions to patients who live further than a mile from a pharmacy. If you would like to request medication, please use our Repeat Prescription Request triage.
